## About

I built Channel Finder as a desktop Chrome extension for creator research and marketing teams. Start from a known public YouTube channel, review channels with similar public content, and compare subscribers, recent median views and upload activity. The median uses up to 10 available Videos-tab uploads and shows the sample size. Save channels to a local shortlist and export CSV. Jev by TypeSafe AI contributes one semantic relevance signal from public channel profile text and recent video titles; retrieval, rules, ranking and final shortlist decisions remain separate. Current early access is free with usage and shared-capacity limits. Internet is required; no Channel Finder, YouTube or Google sign-in is needed.

## Features

- Click the toolbar icon to open Chrome's native Side Panel.
- Compare subscribers, recent median views and upload activity across similar channels.
- Use Jev by TypeSafe AI as one semantic relevance signal, separate from retrieval, ranking and human choice.
- Save a local shortlist and export it as CSV.
