## About

Live Face Swap is a closed browser pilot for creative, on-camera character experiments. Start with a built-in reference look or an authorized image, check your camera framing locally, and explore how a different persona fits a short performance. Eligible pilot testers can generate a brief Xmax X2.0 CharX transformation, record the result on their device, replay it and save a clip from the same page.

The workflow is aimed at character rehearsals, short skits and expression practice. Camera preview starts only when enabled; model processing starts with the transformation. Generation is restricted to configured tester accounts, and quality and latency are still being evaluated. OBS, virtual-camera and video-call output are not currently included.
