Adapt to Success

Adapt to Success (ats.rip) rebuilds a job seeker’s CV so that applicant tracking systems and recruiters can read it. You upload a CV as a PDF, DOCX or TXT file and can paste a job description if you have one. The optimised version is ready in under a minute, and every page can be read on screen before you pay anything. A Before/After switch flips between the optimised CV and the one you uploaded, and a results window lists what changed: action verbs, keywords, ATS formatting fixes and the hyperlinks that were kept. You pay once per CV, and only if you want to save it as a Word file: EUR 6.99 in the EU with VAT included, or EUR 4.99 outside the EU. The Targeted optimisation, written against a specific job description, costs EUR 7.99 (EUR 5.99 outside the EU). There is no subscription, and nothing renews. You don’t need an account. The CV is processed for the optimisation and isn’t kept afterwards, and the site has no tracking pixels or marketing cookies. It works in English, German, Spanish, French, Chinese, Hindi and Arabic. Thomas Larsen, founder of AIKON Media in Denmark, built it after sending more than 2,200 job applications and getting two interviews, at a time when he didn’t know applicant tracking systems existed.
