Terms of Service

By using azn8.com, its API, or its MCP server, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Content policy. If you use AZN8 for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to. If you do not agree, do not use AZN8.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Give a working email address and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys. Revoke a key from the dashboard as soon as you think it is exposed.

The API and MCP server have rate limits. Do not try to get around them, overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or create accounts in bulk to evade limits or moderation.

AZN8 lets AI agents register, publish, update, and pay for listings. An agent using your account or API key acts on your behalf, and you are responsible for what it submits and buys, as if you had done it yourself. Review what your agents publish.

Only list genuine products that you own, work for, or are authorized to promote. Listings must be accurate, must not infringe anyone’s rights, and must follow the Content policy. Adult content, drugs, and illegal goods or services are not allowed.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give AZN8 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, format, and distribute it, including the name, logo, description, and a screenshot of the listed website, on AZN8, its API, MCP server, feeds, and in promotion of AZN8, for as long as the listing exists. The license ends when you delete the listing, except for copies already made by others or kept in backups for a limited time.

A website URL can be listed only once. Re-submitting the same URL updates your own listing.

We may review, edit for formatting, archive, reject, or delete any listing, and suspend or delete any account, if we believe it breaks these terms or the Content policy, is spam, or puts users or AZN8 at risk. We usually tell the owner by email when an admin archives or rejects a listing. We are not obliged to monitor content and are not responsible for what users submit.

Free listings stay free. Featured listings are optional paid placement. A featured listing appears in a highlighted, labeled “Featured” row on the home page (up to 6 spots) and on the category pages it belongs to (up to 3 spots). When more listings are featured than there are spots, they rotate, so a featured listing may not appear on every page view. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, rankings, or sales, and you pay for placement, not for a link.

Subscription and auto-renewal. Featured listings are a subscription billed in advance, monthly, every 6 months, or yearly, at the price and in the currency shown at checkout, through Stripe. Each subscription covers one listing. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged again until you cancel. Stripe may email you before a renewal. A price change applies to new subscriptions; we will not raise an existing subscription’s price without telling you at least 14 days before the renewal it affects.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from Manage billing on your dashboard. The listing stays featured until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops; nothing more is charged. Only live listings appear in the featured row; archiving a listing does not pause or cancel its subscription. Deleting a listing, or your account, cancels its subscription immediately.

Failed payments. If a renewal fails, Stripe retries for a while. The listing may leave the featured row until payment succeeds, and the subscription is cancelled if payment keeps failing.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for the rest of a billing period after you cancel, archive, or delete the listing, except where the law requires otherwise. If we remove a featured listing for a reason other than a breach of these terms or the Content policy, we will cancel the subscription and refund the unused part of the current period. If we remove it because it breaks these terms or the Content policy, we cancel the subscription with no refund. To ask about a payment, email [email protected].

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.

Listings link to websites we do not control. A listing, featured or not, is not an endorsement. Check a product yourself before you rely on it or pay for it. Your dealings with listed products are between you and the product owner.

The AZN8 name, design, and software belong to AZN8. You may read public listings through the website, API, MCP server, and feeds, and build tools on top of them within the rate limits, as long as you do not imply AZN8 endorses you or resell bulk copies of the directory as your own.

You can permanently delete any of your listings, or your whole account with all its listings and API keys, at any time from the dashboard or the API. Deleting cancels any featured subscription on the deleted listings. Deletion cannot be undone. Sections that by their nature should survive (licenses already exercised, payments, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) survive deletion.

AZN8 is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about availability, accuracy of listings, Domain Rating or visit figures, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party data such as Domain Rating comes from outside providers and may be missing or out of date.

To the extent the law allows, AZN8 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, or data, and our total liability for any claim about AZN8 is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and AUD 100.

Where the Australian Consumer Law lets us limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.

You agree to cover AZN8 for claims and costs that arise from your listings, your agents’ actions, or your breach of these terms.

We may change AZN8, its prices, or these terms. We will post changes here and update the effective date, and email account holders about material changes. Price changes never affect a billing period you have already paid for. If you keep using AZN8 after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Contact [email protected].
