Dagmor turns completed customer calls into reports people can use. Its Call Log keeps each original recording name, playable audio and a readable transcript together. Teams can use their own script or draft one from real calls, then inspect script answers, customers’ words between the ticks, conduct, recording coverage, trends and agent Hero Scores. A person reviews the evidence and decides what to change. Teams can work in Dagmor or send recordings and take the finished reports. AI helps transcribe and analyse the calls.
