FIELDFOLIO

FIELDFOLIO is a job proof app for people in the trades. Pick your trade and the job, and the checklist fills in. Take your before, during and after photos right there on site. Every photo and every phase gets a timestamp. Add the address, permit number, PO and notes, then text, email, print or download a clean job report before you leave the driveway. It covers 30 trades and over 400 job types. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, sewer camera inspections, GC punch lists and final walkthroughs. You can add your own checklist items too. Basic is free and keeps everything on your device. Pro adds cloud save, full job phases and plan markup, so you can mark up a plan picture and send it. Crew puts your whole crew under one company profile and tags jobs to workers. GCs and property managers can get one inbox for the reports their subs send. It works offline once it's loaded, which matters in a basement or out where there's no signal. When the job's done you can mark it complete and text or email your own payment link. Built by someone who works in the trades and wanted a tool that holds up on a real jobsite.
