IziRento

Rental management workspace for private landlords with a few long-term rentals (typically up to 20), including owners who manage from another city or country. Each property keeps the lease and tenant, rent status, utility bills, meter readings, room-by-room inspections with photos and video, and repair requests with attachments. Tenants get their own portal to log payments, submit readings and report issues. Reminders arrive in the app and by email. An optional AI add-on reads uploaded utility bills and receipts and fills in amounts and periods. Free Basic plan with unlimited properties and no card required. Currently in pilot: it keeps records and does not collect rent or process payments. Serving landlords in the UK, UAE and Kazakhstan.
