MatSync

MatSync is club management software for martial arts academies, dojos and gyms. It covers the member directory, family accounts (one parent login, several child profiles), recurring classes with capacity limits, class booking and app check-in, belt and rank progression with stripes and promotion criteria, and Stripe billing with automatic retries of failed payments. Cash and bank transfers can be recorded manually. Members get a native iOS and Android app. Data is hosted in the EU and the product is built with GDPR in mind. The free plan is permanent for up to 30 students; the Grow plan is $39/month with unlimited students and no setup fee. Founded in 2025 in Poland, European Union, by a solo developer. Pre-revenue.
