Vidmoat is a hosted AI video editor. Describe what you want in plain English, like "cut the silence, add captions, make it vertical". The built-in agent carries out the edit on a real multi-track timeline that you can review, adjust by hand, and render to MP4. Nothing to self-host: it runs in the browser, with desktop apps for Windows and Mac. There are three ways to edit, all on the same projects, plan and credits. You can use the web editor, send a clip with a caption to @vidmoat_bot on Telegram, or connect an AI agent over MCP. Through the MCP server, Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients can import footage, apply any of 65+ timeline commands, preview rendered frames and render finished MP4s. Features include captions, silence and filler-word removal, auto-reframe for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and YouTube, background removal, color grading with LUTs, beat sync and audio ducking. There is a free Hobby plan, and paid plans start at $19/month.
